**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Islamic Development Bank Scholarship Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of our scholarship programs, advising and supporting the Division manager in executing programs, activities, and initiatives related to scholarship programs.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in scholarship program management or education-related institutions. A strong background in project management, business acumen, strategic planning, and analytical thinking is essential.
You will work closely with various external stakeholders, participate in relevant forums, conferences, and establish business relationships with other MDBs, universities, ministries of higher education, and scholarship providers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of scholarship programs.
- Advise and support the Division manager in executing programs, activities, and initiatives related to scholarship programs.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with external stakeholders.
