**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Growth Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering innovative technology solutions tailored to client needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through business prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and deliver tailored technology solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure

**Requirements:**

  • 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in the technology sector
  • Proven B2B sales experience in technology products or services
  • Proven expertise in solution selling and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA market, including key factors for market entry, competition, and client needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
  • Experience in account management, developing client strategies, and delivering on sales KPIs
