Govyy is a dynamic online retailer seeking a skilled Content Creator & Campaign Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage our growing audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Govyy's brand objectives and messaging guidelines.
    • Create engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, website, and email marketing.
    • Write captivating copy for social media posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and advertising campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan and manage Govyy's content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
    • Develop interactive and engaging posts that drive audience engagement, shares, and comments.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices to create innovative campaigns.
    • Optimize content for SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions).
    • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve audience engagement.
    • A/B test different content formats, styles, and messaging to determine what resonates best with the target audience.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives and campaigns.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Copywriter, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • You possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
  • You are an exceptional copywriter and storyteller in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, FMCG, or retail industries is a plus.
  • You have proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • You have knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven content decisions.
  • You can multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
