Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and creative fresh graduates to join our team as Social Media Creator, Content Writer, and Graphic Designer. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with our marketing team to generate engaging content, craft compelling narratives, and design visually appealing graphics to boost our brand's online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Creator:
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging, on-brand content such as posts, videos, stories, and reels to drive interaction and grow followers.
  • Schedule and manage social media calendars.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize content.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Content Writer:
  • Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized written content, including blogs, articles, website copy, social media captions, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content needs and align with branding guidelines.
  • Research industry trends and create relevant and engaging content to inform and attract target audiences.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
Graphic Designer:
  • Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and designs for both digital and print media.
  • Design and edit promotional materials, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and tools, ensuring fresh and creative outputs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning and adapting to new technologies and digital marketing tools.
