Parsons Oman is seeking an exceptional Mobility Engineering Manager to lead our mobility team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobility solutions through effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical expertise in mobility design and delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

  • Lead a team of mobility engineers to develop and implement innovative transportation solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate mobility requirements into all aspects of design.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform mobility solutions.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Develop and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development of Parsons Oman's mobility strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field) and 15+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Professional Engineer registration with active membership in a professional engineering society may be required.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity, excellent written and oral communication skills, and thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Proficiency in software applications relevant to mobility engineering, such as CAD, GIS, and data analytics tools.
