We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager for our Seafood(Fish) Category. In this role, you will ensure the procurement of external goods and services while balancing quality, cost, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve optimal value.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Build and manage a high-performing procurement team to drive results.
  • Strengthen relationships with key suppliers to improve performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day procurement operations to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in procurement, managing diverse supply needs and leading a team of at least two.
  • Proven track record in price reduction, supplier evaluation, and development.
  • Experience with purchasing systems (SAP/BaaN/Oracle/JD Edwards, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of the seafood industry and global agricultural markets.
