JASARA Program Management Company is a dynamic organization that requires a skilled Senior Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure systems and networks.

This key role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of infrastructure professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure systems and networks, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to assess infrastructure needs, recommend solutions, and develop infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
  3. Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects and services.
  4. Network Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of network hardware, software, and security systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  5. Develop Infrastructure Policies: Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and company policies.
  6. Lead Infrastructure Projects: Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets.
  7. Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and secure.
  9. Lead High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure professionals who can deliver exceptional results and support the growth of the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure management roles, with a strong track record of delivering results and leading high-performing teams.
  3. Strong Knowledge of Infrastructure Systems: Possess strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and security best practices, with experience in cloud technologies, virtualization, and network administration.
  4. Proven Experience in Managing Infrastructure Projects: Have proven experience in managing and leading infrastructure projects and teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  6. Relevant Certifications: Hold relevant certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, or PMP, which are highly valued in this role.
