Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily income reports and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Compare housekeeper's reports against night receptionist room reports.
  • List discrepancies and investigate them, taking appropriate action.
  • Supervise Assistant Income Auditor and Night Auditor activities.
  • Ensure completion of monthly Income Auditor checklist.
  • Report all discrepancies in Logbook for internal auditor and controller attention.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, plan work, and establish performance goals for team members.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.
  • Educate finance and accounting teams on hotel revenue goals.
