About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at A.P. Moller - Maersk. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying system enhancements and ensuring continuous improvements for our current systems running warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Enhancement Identification: Work closely with operations to identify system enhancements required to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Change Request Preparation: Prepare needed CRs (Change Requests) to implement required enhancements.
  • System Support: Follow up with System Support Team on open CRs and ensure proper deployments and implementations for required enhancements.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Track and report CR status to ensure timely completion.
  • Incident Escalation: Support operations in major incidents escalations and provide timely resolution.
  • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues as they arise and collaborate with Operations/IT professionals to improve overall system performance and processes.
  • Training and Onboarding: Play a key role in training and onboarding new team members, including developing training materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT field.
  • Experience: Experience of not less than 2 years in warehouse operations.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in using WMS as key user (Infor/Manhattan/SAP/Oracle are a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Teamwork and communication skills, problem analysis and troubleshooting skills, process-oriented and documentation skills.
