About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead our digital corporate automotive leasing venture, a cutting-edge startup backed by Stryber, a premier venture building unit, and Sanabil Venture Studio, a leading Saudi-based venture studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plan
    • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
    • Lead the company's growth into a dominant player in the B2B automotive leasing space in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead High-Performing Team
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team.
    • Foster a results-driven culture, encouraging innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies for B2B clients, focusing on large enterprises.
    • Oversee go-to-market strategies, ensuring penetration into key industry verticals such as consumer goods, hospitality, real estate, and others.
    • Build partnerships with automotive manufacturers, dealerships, insurance providers, maintenance garages, and service providers to provide customers with a competitive, fully serviced end-to-end leasing solution.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Product Teams
    • Collaborate with the technology and product teams to ensure the platform delivers a seamless and intuitive customer experience.
    • Oversee the continuous improvement of the back-office operating model to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage Financial Planning and Fundraising
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to meet growth targets.
    • Lead fundraising efforts, working closely with the venture studio and external investors to secure additional equity and debt financing.
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, board members, and financial institutions.
  • Establish Operational Metrics and KPIs
    • Establish operational metrics and KPIs to track performance improvement.
    • Optimize the customer lifecycle and backend processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Represent the Company
    • Act as the public face of the company, representing the venture at industry conferences, events, and with media.
    • Foster relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and other strategic partners in Saudi Arabia to ensure market growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in a fast-scaling B2B digital venture or automotive-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive leasing industry and the digital transformation of fleet management processes.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading technology-driven business models with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Experience in hiring, building, and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, and partnership development in a B2B startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong quantitative and data analytics capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory, cultural, and business nuances.
  • Credit risk, finance, and dynamic pricing experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in fundraising and working with venture capital or institutional investors is a plus.
  • Additional MENA/GCC experience is a plus.
