Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned executive to lead our real estate investment portfolio, developing and managing the strategy, performance, and operations of the Group's investment portfolio with a focus on real estate development management and the evaluation of land use and ROI of the firm's real estate assets, specifically in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Manage the Real Estate Investment Portfolio

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow and strengthen the company's net worth through real estate investments.

Lead a High-Performing Investment Team

Lead a team of experienced professionals to meet organizational objectives, mission, and outcomes.

Review and Evaluate Real Estate Assets

Assess and evaluate real estate assets, including development, ROI, and diversification opportunities.

Evaluate New Investments

Analyze new investments, including financial modeling, budgets, valuation, due diligence, and financial strategic planning.

Build Strategic Partnerships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in real estate and construction.

Ensure Financial Controls and Risk Management

Implement robust financial, profit and loss, audit controls, risk analysis, KPI reporting, and decision-making.

Develop Strategic Partnerships

Liaise with attorneys, trustees, accountants, real estate brokers, and external advisors to achieve business objectives.

Prepare and Present Reports

Prepare and present periodic reports at an Executive Committee and Board level.

Qualifications

  1. Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Development, Construction, Business, or comparable with a minimum of 15 years' experience in property and real estate experience and no less than 5 years' experience at CEO level in a similar role.

Candidates

Candidates can be Saudi Nationals or Expatriates but must possess experience in the Saudi Real Estate sector.

Leadership and Language Skills

A strong leader is required for this role, with a proven ability to achieve deadlines and targets. Fluent English and Arabic language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
