**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities for a Giga Project in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most ambitious and high-value developments in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate development, and experience working on mega/giga projects. They will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, and managing contracts and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and vendors aligned with project specifications and sustainability goals.
    • Lead the tendering, negotiation, and contracting process, ensuring optimal value and compliance.
  • Contract & Vendor Management:
  • Draft and manage RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
  • Evaluate commercial offers and perform bid comparisons and risk assessments.
  • Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Coordination & Controls:
  • Work closely with engineering, planning, and cost control teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budget forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement laws, local authority regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain procurement dashboards, logs, and reports for internal and client-side stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience – Minimum 3 years in procurement. Experience on mega/giga construction projects will be an added advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge – Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate development.
  • Process Expertise – Familiar with FIDIC contracts, vendor qualification procedures, and international procurement standards.
  • Tools & Systems – Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Microsoft Excel, and procurement tracking platforms.
  • Commercial Acumen – Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management skills.
  • Communication – Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain; CIPS or PMP certification preferred.
