  • Support the review and amendment of contracts as needed to facilitate change orders.
  • Promote the achievement of departmental objectives by setting individual objectives, managing performance, and adhering to procurement program timelines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, focusing on deadlines and quality delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in procurement management or a related role is required, along with a proven track record of successful procurement strategies and cost savings.
