Risk Management and Compliance

Operational Efficiency and Optimization

The CFO will optimize financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management. This will involve implementing efficient processes and systems to minimize costs and maximize financial returns.

Investment and Financing Strategies

The CFO will evaluate investment opportunities, manage capital structure, and lead fundraising efforts. This will involve overseeing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.

Leadership and Team Management

The CFO will lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This will involve developing and implementing talent management strategies to ensure the team's skills and expertise are aligned with the company's needs.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

The CFO will communicate and collaborate with the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders to support the company's strategic goals. This will involve building strong relationships and providing regular financial updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred.
  • Certifications: CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certifications highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software (preferable).
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
  • Ethics and Integrity: High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Strong commitment to compliance and corporate governance.
