About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Specialist I to join our team at Doroob. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical-related issues and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.S.C in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of operational experience in mechanical maintenance engineering and planning in the process industry for diploma candidates.
  • 8 years of experience for Bachelor degree graduates; experience in a petrochemical plant will be an advantage.
