About the Role
This position requires a seasoned commercial attorney with expertise in supporting commercial teams in KSA and the wider Middle East. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Legal and be based in Riyadh.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Sales and Marketing teams to provide expert guidance on commercial agreements.
- Work closely with Consumer Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to negotiate and draft partnership agreements and terms and conditions of campaigns.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and key legislative changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency within the legal team.
- Provide comprehensive legal support for corporate policies, trainings, and compliance programs.
- Manage outside counsel as needed.
- Perform other legal duties as required.
