Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Process Design and Implementation: Design and implement process changes, including the introduction of new equipment or technology, to optimize manufacturing operations.
  3. Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, and train production personnel on new processes, equipment, and techniques.
  4. Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Lead or participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address process-related issues and improve quality performance.
  5. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  6. New Product Development: Support new product development and introduction by providing input on process feasibility, capacity requirements, and production costs.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Industrial / Manufacturing Process Engineer.
  3. Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S, and experience in process optimization, process mapping, and value stream analysis.
  4. Software and Tools: Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
  5. Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
