Sales and Business Development Expert

As a Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls Arabia, you will be responsible for promoting the company's aftermarket products value proposition to customers. This involves understanding and linking the customer's operational and business objectives, needs, and requirements to Johnson Controls' solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitive advantage.
Your key accountabilities will include building and managing long-term customer relationships/partnerships, seeking out and qualifying new sales opportunities, and creating competitive estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions that optimize Accounts Receivable (A/R) and ensuring that Johnson Controls' financial standards are fully adhered to.
Position Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject matter to the Johnson Controls business or equivalent through experience.
- At least five years of active experience in a front-line sales position preferred Aftermarket products experience.
- Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent technical or market expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust.
