About the Role:

The Coatings Advisor - Automotive will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of coatings and automotive expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers on coatings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve coating issues at OEM paint shops
  • Conduct on-site tests and adjust products as needed
  • Assist in demand planning and track product usage
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for customer needs and business development

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical service role (Automotive experience is a must)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems) and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in customer-facing, field-based roles
