Job Overview :

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Director to join our finance administration team. This role requires a professional with extensive experience working in fast-paced, blue-chip environments.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Provide financial analysis and support to senior management, helping to evaluate business performance and governance matters.
  2. Offer decision support to direct reports, assisting in financial planning, governance, and operational decision-making processes.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions, both internal and external.
  4. Prepare and write detailed reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial documentation.
  5. Oversee administrative processes including repository management, maintaining a clear communication audit trail, and supporting the smooth flow of finance operations.
  6. Utilize SAP systems effectively to organize, manage, and institutionalize processes, and develop dashboards to track key financial metrics.
  7. Collaborate across teams to formulate 360-degree perspectives on challenges and opportunities, ensuring that all aspects of finance operations are addressed.
  8. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements :

  1. Education: BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in finance and HR administrative services, preferably in blue-chip or fast-paced environments.
  3. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  4. Strong experience with SAP and the ability to implement structured processes and dashboards.
  5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  6. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, patience, and a high emotional quotient (EQ).
