The position of Environmental Sustainability Manager is open at KBR. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all environmental impacts resulting from construction are minimized.
This requires developing and implementing sustainability initiatives aligned with project targets and vision. Key responsibilities include managing environmental management plans, validating contractors' pre-construction surveys, monitoring environmental issues, reviewing compliance reports, and advising on environmental policies.
The ideal candidate for this role has a BSc/Diploma in Environmental Science/Engineering or similar, a minimum of 2 years' experience in construction site management of environmental issues, preferably in the GCC region. Experience in conducting site surveys and EIAs, CEMP implementation, and auditing will be highly valued.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
