  • Budget Development: Assist in the preparation of corporate project commercial and cost rate reporting, analyzing, and recommending solutions to improve unit rates, productivity, and cost savings ideas.
  • Cost Tracking: Develop and maintain tracking tools for bulk materials, long lead materials, subcontracts, crafts, and professional staff.
  • Risk Analysis: Carry out cost risk analysis using Excel or equivalent tools.
  • Earned Value Management: Competent in earned value management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil, architecture, or electrical engineering. A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 15+ years working experience in construction industries.
  • Tools and Software: ERP and tools like Candy, Ecosys, Cobra, SAP, or equivalent. Experts in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Certification: Certification of professional bodies, knowledge of FIDIC, JCT, NACE, and AACE, PMI recommended Earn Value Measurements techniques.
