The Role
  • We seek an experienced HSE professional to join our team as a HSE Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • You will identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Monitoring project activities and reviewing safety plans and risk assessments will also be key responsibilities.
  • We expect you to provide HSE training and awareness sessions for staff and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety within our organization.
  • You will investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
  • Detailed reports on your findings and corrective actions will be required.
  • Liaising with regulatory agencies and ensuring necessary permits and licenses are obtained will also be part of your duties.
  • Staying updated on changes in HSE legislation and implementing necessary adjustments in company policies is crucial.
  • Accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities must be maintained.
  • Preparing and submitting regular HSE reports to management and relevant stakeholders will be essential.
  • You will assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies for projects.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives will also be key responsibilities.
