Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the review of consultant and contractor designs, provide input into procurement processes, and supervise technical coordination meetings.
  • MEP Coordination: Lead the coordination of MEP design and fabric, ensuring consideration, collaboration, and coordination with build elements.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage the quality assurance process, ensuring high installation quality and adherence to agreed processes.
  • Delivery Strategies: Prepare and implement delivery strategies and programmes for all phases of the project, considering key milestones, interfaces, dependencies, logistics, and work sequencing.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of construction employees, developing and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
  • Professional Registration: Discipline-specific professional registration with CIBSE, IET, IMechE, SoPHE, or CIOB.
  • Experience: Proven track record in delivering projects with large-scale MEP value, experience in leading an MEP team on a major project, and ability to manage multiple MEP works packages in parallel.
  • Certifications: SMSTS and CSCS card.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
