We are a leading international consultancy firm specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects, including airport, railway, metro, road, bridge, highway, and tunnel developments. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering excellence in design and construction, and we are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Design Lead to join our team in Riyadh.

Your New Role

As an Architectural Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design efforts and providing expertise in design review and construction supervision across a variety of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, with a strong background in airport, railway, metro, and large-scale infrastructure projects. A consultant background and demonstrated experience in design review and construction supervision are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the architectural design phase of infrastructure projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Oversee the design review process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, local codes, and project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct construction supervision, inspecting architectural elements to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to address design and construction-related challenges.
  • Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in architectural design and construction.
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural engineering roles.
  • Proven experience in airport, railway, metro, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Background in a consultancy firm is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in design review and construction supervision is essential.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • Proficient in architectural design software and tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
