Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Review and Analysis

Conduct thorough reviews of shop drawings to verify accuracy and alignment with design objectives, ensuring minimal discrepancies and errors.

Design Drawing Interpretation

Demonstrate a deep understanding of design drawings for the building shell, floor plans, elevations, and site plans, carefully examining and interpreting these drawings to gain a comprehensive grasp of the project scope.

Site Investigation and Documentation

Provide valuable assistance in preparing Site Investigation Reports (SIRs) and entitlements documentation, conducting detailed studies and assessments of site conditions, local regulations, and necessary permits to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

Design Studio Collaboration

Work closely with our design studio team to ensure seamless project execution, providing expert guidance and support as needed.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

Requires a degree in architectural or urban designing, with more than 12 years of architectural engineering experience in both governmental and private sectors.

Design Software Proficiency

Extensive experience in design studios projects, proficient in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other similar tools.

Licenses and Certifications

Valid Architects License, knowledge of real estate, interior design, and building permit processing.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and project management skills, thorough understanding of Saudi architectural building regulations and codes.
