Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious and top-tier hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role will involve demonstrating advanced clinical skills in the specialized field of dermatology, managing complex medical cases independently, and providing leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the specialized field of dermatology.
  • Manage complex medical cases independently, utilizing expert knowledge and judgment.
  • Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring a patient-centered approach at all times.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to the training and development of medical teams, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases, providing actionable advice and guidance.
  • Engage in clinical research activities, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives, developing and delivering educational content.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department, overseeing day-to-day operations and making strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies, advocating for the interests of patients and staff.
  • Pursue continuous professional development, staying abreast of advancements in the medical field and attending conferences and workshops.
  • Advocate for patient rights and welfare, ensuring that every individual receives compassionate and respectful care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing, with a strong foundation in dermatology and/or cosmetology.
  • Completion of required period of training in dermatology and/or cosmetology, with board certification in the relevant medical specialty.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must, as is Dataflow recognition.

Professional Experience:

  • From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable, indicating a commitment to professional excellence.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial, but is not essential.
