  6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or surpluses of materials. Implement and maintain effective inventory tracking systems and processes.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation for materials used in projects. Prepare and present reports on material costs, usage, and performance to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in management or supply chain management.
  2. [X+] years of experience in materials management, procurement, or a related field, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of materials properties and applications, industry standards, and quality assurance processes.
  4. Proficiency in material management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Experience in the oil and gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and material procurement experience on large projects.
  8. Thorough knowledge of procurement/materials practices, economic principles, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
