Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive real estate professional with experience in managing property-related operations and government compliance portals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, excellent computer skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage property contracts efficiently using the EJAR portal.
  2. Handle property-related government compliance portals such as Baladi, Madinayati, and other relevant platforms.
  3. Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, lease agreements, acknowledgments, and related documents.
  4. Ensure timely renewal and compliance with lease agreements and property regulations.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
  6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  7. Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Resolve complaints and disputes effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with tenants and stakeholders.
  9. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the leasing process to ensure a smooth experience.
  10. Maintain accurate records of properties, tenants, and lease terms.
  11. Market properties effectively through various channels, including online listings, print media, and social media platforms.
  12. Develop and maintain comprehensive property listings with accurate details such as location, features, and square footage.
  13. Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills to guide clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
  14. Respond promptly to inquiries and arrange property viewings professionally.
  15. Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and property codes.
  16. Liaise with relevant government departments to facilitate approvals, renewals, and inspections.
  17. Generate periodic reports on property status, lease agreements, and occupancy rates.
  18. Possess a basic understanding of facility management, maintenance needs, and technical aspects related to properties.
  19. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
  20. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property operations.
  21. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  22. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and real estate management software.
  23. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  24. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  25. Prior experience in a real estate company or property office is preferred.
