Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and successful placements.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms of business with new clients, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions that meet their needs.
  • Providing expert advice on recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and industry trends to clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure seamless experiences for both clients and candidates.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment within the Energy Process, Infrastructure, or IT sectors in the Middle East.
  • Strong experience in business development, client management, and recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, particularly Bullhorn; fluency in English is required, Arabic is an asset.
