Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Lead company operational activities, projects, departments, teams, and other resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Strategic Planning: Liaise with senior management to contribute to company growth, strategic planning, and assist in achieving goals and objectives in Mobile Networks, Fixed Networks, and other related areas.
  3. Project Management: Lead the Project Management department, including project managers and other team members, to achieve the company's strategic plan and objectives.
  4. Project Delivery: Ensure proper planning, mobilization, implementation, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects up to client expectations with good profitability for the company.
  5. Client Relationships: Maintain proper relationships and communication with clients through regular meetings, positive communication, building a positive company image, and securing further business along with the delivery of assigned projects to clients' satisfaction.
  6. Project Planning: Arrange proper study and implementation of all projects SOW, SLA, KPIs, and preparation and implementation of Resources Plan, budget, business plan, project implementation plans, risk assessment plans, contingencies, and project delivery plans.
  7. Project Monitoring: Monitor project performance at both macro and micro levels, ensuring resource utilization, project financial viability, and taking appropriate steps for correction and successful delivery.
  8. Infrastructure Management: Oversee infrastructure, approvals, and resource requirements, and supervise coordination with all project teams, contractors, sub-contractors, technical teams, customers, vendors, and inspection authorities as required to execute assigned projects.
  9. Documentation: Ensure all project documentation, plans, and reports are completed for every project.
  10. Meetings and Communication: Attend meetings with senior management, clients, and project teams.
  11. Financial Management: Ensure all project invoicing is submitted on time and sufficient cash flow is available.
  12. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance practices and all standard SOPs are followed.
  13. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management, coordinate with the contract department for bidding, pricing, costing, and negotiation meetings, and carry on other duties assigned by senior management related to fixed network operations.
  14. Compliance and Ethics: Prevent any wrongdoing by staff, such as stealing and other matters, and ensure professional practices across the projects and teams.
