Faculty Position in Public Policy

The KAPSARC School of Public Policy is a rapidly growing graduate school offering a range of academic programs. As part of its expansion, the school seeks experienced faculty members to teach Economics or Public Policy within the Masters in Public Policy Course. This is an exciting opportunity for academics who want to share their expertise and contribute to the development of future public policy leaders.

The KSPP's mission is to become a leading center for education and research in public policy, preparing students to address complex policy challenges and drive positive change. To achieve this goal, the school focuses on delivering high-quality educational programs, fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and government, and promoting the sharing and application of knowledge and best practices.

As a pioneer in public policy education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the KSPP is uniquely positioned to offer degrees that focus on general public policy, energy policy, economics, sustainability, and climate policy. The school aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to address pressing policy challenges and make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Deliver high-quality instruction and assessment in Economics or Public Policy within the Masters in Public Policy Course.
  2. Maintain a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service throughout the 2024/2025 academic year, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. PhD or equivalent degree in Economics, Public Policy, or similar disciplines.
  2. A proven track record of teaching, research, and service in academia.
