Job Title: Apache CloudStack Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Apache CloudStack Administrator to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for deploying, supporting, and managing clouds based on Apache CloudStack.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Apache CloudStack
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in cloud computing and Apache CloudStack
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in deploying, supporting, or managing clouds based on Apache CloudStack
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good university degree in an IT-related subject
  • Experience in contributing to (or working within) an open-source project (ideally the Apache CloudStack project)
  • Experience in system administration with a focus on cloud computing
  • Experience in Linux/Windows system administration
  • Experience working with one or more hypervisor technologies such as VMWare, KVM
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including VLANs, IP addressing, and routing
  • Familiarity with storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and object storage
  • Knowledge of Java, Tomcat, Spring, Maven, and Jenkins is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a system administrator or engineer with a focus on cloud computing
  • Certification in Apache CloudStack or related technologies
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
