The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to make a significant impact on the financial direction of SupportFinity's operations in the Middle East and North Africa region. As Chief Finance Officer MENA, you will oversee the preparation of financial reports and accounts for all legal entities, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, and provide financial support to business plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and processes that align with regional regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee tax accounting and ensure effective tax planning strategies are in place.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulators, and clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership position in a financial services organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
