About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled CEO to lead our dynamic team in the Construction industry in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals.
  2. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, expand our services, and diversify revenue streams to drive business growth.
  3. Financial Management: Take responsibility for the company's financial health by establishing and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  4. Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects.
  6. Project Delivery: Implement strategies to minimize project delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and industry standards.
  8. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 15+ years of experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the construction industry.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of construction project management, including safety, quality, and scheduling. Proper financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting.
  4. Personal Qualities: Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
