Job Title: Public Relations Director

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Public Relations Director to lead and oversee comprehensive communication strategies that enhance public perception, drive engagement, and align with organizational goals.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Public Relations (PR), Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, and Digital Communication, with a proven track record of managing high-profile campaigns and fostering effective stakeholder relationships. This role is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute PR Strategies: Promote and protect the organization's image and reputation through strategic PR initiatives.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure accurate and positive coverage.
  • Manage Press Releases and Media Briefings: Communicate organizational initiatives and achievements through press releases, media briefings, and public statements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in communication roles, with a focus on PR, marketing, corporate communication, and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communication within the context of urban development, infrastructure, and large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes communication and crisis management scenarios.
  • Experience working with government entities or large organizations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to craft and execute comprehensive communication plans.
