As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading integrated teams throughout each phase of the project, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with the overall vision and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing project control strategies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinating logistics requirements, including sequencing and integration with the permanent construction schedule.
  • Managing land allocation and handovers between contractors in line with the permanent build schedule.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting systems and dashboards to track key logistical metrics.

Requirements

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in planning large complex construction programmes.
  • In-depth knowledge of scheduling, data analysis, risk management, and project control tools and software.
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders and colleagues to accept proposals and recommendations.
