  8. Evaluate business needs and objectives, providing data-driven recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
  9. Conduct advanced data analysis and report on results, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  10. Combine disparate data sources to create a unified view of our business, driving data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist, with a strong background in data analysis and business acumen.
  2. Industry experience is preferred, with a focus on data-driven solutions and business growth.
  3. Background in data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and data mining, with expertise in BI technologies.
  4. Familiarity with database management systems, OLAP, and ETL frameworks, with a strong understanding of data analytics principles.
  5. Proven ability to take initiative, be innovative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  6. 5+ years of experience in PowerBI, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
