About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Pediatric Emergency Medicine Specialist to lead a dynamic ED team at Woodston Personnel Ltd's esteemed client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key member of the ED leadership team, working closely with the Department Chairman to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance within the ED.
  • Develop and implement effective quality improvement plans, leveraging data analysis and best practices to enhance patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Engage in regular communication with Nursing Division Leadership to ensure alignment and cooperation between departments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine from North America or Saudi Arabia.
  • Registration with the Saudi Council for Health Specializations and valid licensure to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience post-specialty training, with expertise in pediatric emergency medicine.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
