SME Sales Director

At Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy, we are seeking an experienced SME Sales Director to drive the growth of our small enterprise financing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners
Mandatory qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics, as well as 10+ years of experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies. A proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals is also required.
