We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Developer/Instructor II to join our team at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to support our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Curriculum Development
  • Research and develop training materials for manuals, presentations, and storyboards to support our avionics systems.
  • Write instructional materials for multiple formats, including instructor-led, video, and self-paced training using various authoring and development tools.
  • Assist in revising existing curriculum and/or developing new curriculum according to department standards.
Platform Instructor
  • Deliver technical training in a classroom, video, or web-based delivery medium with increasing system/application complexity.
  • Conduct student laboratory periods, practical demonstrations, and exercises.
  • Administer exams and maintain student records.
Process Improvement
  • Assess and provide ongoing feedback and recommendations on the existing curriculum.
  • Participate in work groups for process definition and improvement.
  • Accurately estimate project work effort and report progress, issues, and risks to the Project Manager.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, workplace learning and performance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing technical curriculum in a corporate environment.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of global civil aviation regulations and requirements.
  • Working knowledge of aviation maintenance training and technical publications methods and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present and instruct technical information in a professional and engaging manner.
