Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS & T&C Engineer to join our team at ACT. The successful candidate will be responsible for the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, as well as the programming and troubleshooting of DDC Controllers and BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, including AHU, FAHU, ERU, ECOLOGY Units, FCU, VAV, Chilled Water System, and Water Feature Pumps.
  • Programming & Troubleshooting: Program and troubleshoot DDC Controllers, including BACnet Controllers – Eagle - Centraline, Honeywell, and MCC Panels.
  • BMS System Development: Develop user-friendly BMS Graphic visualizations using Niagara 4.1 and program FCU & VAV.
  • Maintenance & Support: Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance for BMS systems, including DDC Controllers, field equipment, and BMS software.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and troubleshoot snags, conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual PPM works, and test and cross-check BMS workstations and field devices.
  • Inspection & Testing: Prepare inspection test plans and inspection checklists for BMS services, including DDC panels, FCUs, AHUs, cabling, and field devices.
  • Leadership & Expertise: Provide expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership in the development of the BMS, inspect BMS installation as per approved design and inspection test plans, and coordinate with consultants and participate in inspections to obtain approval.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the field of BMS, Industrial Automation, fire alarm system, testing & commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Skills: Experience with a variety of instruments & field devices, DDC Controllers, SCADA, HMI, and communication networks.
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering preferred.
