We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Head of Organizational Performance at Lendo Inc. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance management, employee development, and organizational excellence. They will be responsible for collaborating with department leaders to identify areas for improvement, implementing OKRs to drive progress, and providing coaching to managers on goal setting and achievement.

This role also entails leading initiatives to enhance employee well-being, promoting a high-performance culture, and continuously refining our performance management frameworks. Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with department heads to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and skill development opportunities, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet future business demands.

Performance Management Systems:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive OKR framework to align individual, team, and organizational objectives, driving clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

Manager Coaching and Training:

  • Provide coaching to managers on setting, tracking, and achieving OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and fostering a results-oriented culture.

Employee Growth and Development Programs:

  • Create and execute programs to develop skills and competencies across all levels of the organization, supporting career progression and organizational capability.

Wellness and Support Initiatives:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and mental health support resources, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

Culture and Values Alignment:

  • Promote a high-performance and inclusive culture, ensuring that organizational values are integrated into performance and development strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of OKRs, coaching programs, and well-being initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to refine our approach.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing OKRs/KPIs to align individual, team, and company objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management frameworks, including coaching managers on goal setting, tracking, and achieving OKRs.
  • Expertise in employee development programs to build skills, support career growth, and enhance organizational capability.
