Field Development Lead

KONE is dedicated to fostering a great work culture and inspiring the highest standards of quality and efficiency from the team. The Field Development Lead based out of our Riyadh office will lead frontline field competence development through data, business KPIs, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data and business insights to drive proactive training planning and deployments.
  • Partner with FL (frontline) and global stakeholders to ensure training impact and relevance.
  • Manage FL Training Centers towards optimal utilization.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in engineering, safety, technical or behavioral science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Learning & Development, in field/technical context.
  • Excellent English and local language skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mentoring and coaching.
