Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Head of Ecommerce Marketing to lead our e-commerce marketing efforts and drive online sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Ecommerce Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Leverage influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and boost sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in e-commerce or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
