Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Communicate sales targets to the team and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
  2. Loss Prevention and Compliance: Maintain proper loss prevention standards and ensure compliance with cash handling, fraud, and theft of products.
  3. Point of Sales Operations: Oversee and monitor all point of sales activities, including sales transactions, customer orders, payments, inventory updates, and customer service.
  4. Cash Management: Oversee cash transaction entry and management, including petty cash, point of sales cash elements, and change floats.
  5. Store Administration: Regularly audit store administration and resolve any issues, assist in carrying out annual stock counts and spot checks.
  6. Customer Service: Monitor and handle customer complaints, take corrective action in line with policy, and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Market Analysis: Track and evaluate brand sales performance, research market trends, and competitor trading activities to identify critical business factors and propose action plans to increase sales and profitability.
  8. Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales reports, provide insights to maximize stock potential, and report on the performance of new and core collections.
  9. Visual Merchandising: Maintain window and in-store displays to a high standard in line with merchandising guidelines.
  10. Inventory Management: Oversee and monitor inventory management in the store, including stock availability, order management, back store management, and stock movement within the store.
  11. Staffing and Training: Maintain staffing levels consistent with operational needs, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage. Ensure the team is adequately trained in inventory management techniques.
