Role Summary

The Category Optimization Specialist plays a critical role in maximizing sales performance and enhancing customer experiences at NAPCO. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage product displays, and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the driver for fast delivery and ensure that the company's products (all sizes & all packing) are present on shelves.
  • Fulfill customer card requirements correctly and/or customer item list (vendor list) when KA will exercise item reorder with section manager.
  • Perform price fishing when needed and conduct monthly inventory of the POS.
