Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of culinary staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve culinary operations and services.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in culinary operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
