About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, analyzing associated risks, and ensuring projects comply with environmental standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Assessment: Conduct comprehensive environmental assessments to identify potential risks associated with various projects.
  • Environmental Management Plan Development: Create and implement effective EMPs and monitoring programs to ensure project compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance on environmental matters to both technical and administrative teams.
  • Field Study Leadership: Manage field studies and environmental remediation activities, including site cleanup and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental engineering, with a strong track record in environmental impact assessments, risk analysis, and environmental management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage and conduct field studies and lead environmental remediation projects.
