Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Panda Retail Company. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Develop and implement effective regulatory compliance strategies to ensure alignment with local and international standards.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-compliance issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Quality Management

  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality management systems are aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality management systems are effective.

Customer Complaints Management

  • Develop and implement effective customer complaints management systems to ensure resolution and maintenance of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer complaints management principles and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer complaints management systems are aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address customer complaints.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure customer complaints management systems are effective.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Food Science, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any other relevant field.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or any other relevant field is preferred.

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of local and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC) and regulatory authorities' standard requirements.
  • Experience in different fields of food safety & hygiene (Manufacturing, Retail or Hospitality).
  • Leadership, developing others, Emphasizing on Excellence, Attention to Details, Thoroughness & Dealing with Complexity.
  • Ability to identify and set priorities, plan, and effectively allocate appropriate resources.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
